Check In/Out Information
Check-In: 4:00 PM (NO EARLY CHECK-IN'S, PLEASE). Call the office for instructions if you will be ARRIVING after the office closes or on Sundays in the off-season. You will need a code to access the lock box after-hours.


Check-In Location: PMG/LAKE OZARK VACATIONS BUILDING at 3524 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, MO 65065- Guests must check in at our office!!

Directions to Office: The PMG building (three-story green building) is located at 3524 Osage Beach Parkway (previously known as Hwy 54). If driving southbound, take the second Bagnell Dam Blvd. Exit which is to your right after you cross the Osage River Bridge, the office is on the left approximately 1 mile. If driving northbound, take the Bagnell Dam Exit and the access road will redirect you to the south and the office is approximately 3/4 mile on the left.

Payments: Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the entire balance. We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER. If you will be arriving after hours, full payment is expected in advance in order to leave a key out for you. (Also, ask about our PRE-REGISTRATION PACKETS.)

Pre-Payments: This option will give you a SPEEDIER CHECK-IN. We accept credit cards, or if you prefer, send a check or money order to:

Administrative Fee: A minimal fee is charged for the processing of the reservation.

Rental Information

  1. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your date of arrival to receive a refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However, if the property is not re-rented. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $75.00 cancellation fee will be refunded. No credit will be issued for early departure.

  2. Damage Protection Plan - For a one time fee of $35 you may purchase a damage protection plan that covers you for up to $500 damages or you may choose item 3. The damage protection plan fee is not refundable.

  3. SECURITY DEPOSIT - You may select to pay a security deposit of $300 upon arrival. The security deposit is refunded about 21 days following departure for condo rentals and about 30 days following departure for home rentals, provided the unit is left in satisfactory condition.  NOTE:  Home rentals require a prepaid security deposit - call for specific details.

  4. NO PARTIES - No parties or groups larger than those renting the property are allowed without prior permission. UNIT CAPACITY is restricted to 2 people per bedroom. 2 additional people are permitted if a sofa bed is provided, for an additional charge. We do make allowances for infants and toddlers.

  5. Quiet Time - The time to respect our guests privacy, most recognize 11:00 p.m., Regatta Bay is 10:00p.m.-9:00a.m. with a $50 fine for violations.

  6. AGE RESTRICTION - All occupants must be 23 years of age or older unless they are part of an accompanying family. Those violating this regulation will not be allowed occupancy and will forfeit all deposits or payments paid.

  7. PETS - Sorry, no pets. They are strictly prohibited.

  8. BOAT DOCKS, LAUNCHING, AND BOAT TRAILER PARKING - Renting a boat slip is required for boat or PWC storage. 2 PWC's are permitted per slip. Boats cannot occupy a slip if the boat hangs out the end of the boat slip. MOST condominium properties DO NOT OFFER BOAT LAUNCH OR BOAT TRAILER PARKING, arrangements should be made with a nearby marina.

  9. LIMITED CAR PARKING - Most condominium and lake home properties have restrictive parking policies. Some properties limit parking to only one (1) vehicle per unit. Please call our office for more information about the parking policies on the property you will be renting. Parking passes are required.

  10. FIREPLACES - Woodburning fireplaces are not available for use during the summer season. During the Winter, Firewood is not provided. Duraflame-type logs only please.

  11. APPLIANCE OPERABILITY & REPAIR - Lake Ozark Vacations/PMG cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TV's/VCR/DVD players, stereo equipment or pools/spas. PMG is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office and we will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently as possible. NO refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or malfunctions, early departure, interrupted utilities or maintenance problems.

Each unit is privately owned and furnished in the taste and style of the owner.

Lake Ozark Vacations supplies the following BASIC SUPPLY PACKAGE (Minimum amounts of the following are provided for convenience during your stay):

  • Bed Linens

  • Washcloths/Towels

  • Dish Cloth/Towels

  • Toilet Tissue

  • Trash Bags

  • Liquid Dish Soap

  • Hand Soap

  • Powder Dishwasher Soap

Linens are provided as a courtesy to all renters. Sheets and towels will be supplied for use during your stay. A number of our larger units are equipped with washers and dryers. We suggest bringing laundry detergent. Maid service is performed prior to your arrival and after your departure. For the security of our guests and staff there will be no complimentary towel exchanges during your stay. We are pleased to offer maid service during your stay for a nominal fee. Scheduling maid service must be arranged with our office 24 hours in advance.

You may wish to bring along additional supplies and the following special items:

  • Shampoo/Toiletries

  • Coffee Filters

  • Food Seasonings

  • Cleaning Products/Laundry Soap

  • Beach Towels

  • Travel Iron

  • Extra Pillows

We are unable to provide additional furnishings or appliances.
